Wine lovers can’t miss the ground-level Pullman Wine Bar & Merchant, a collaboration of Machado and award-winning wine consultant David Holstrom. Guests can take advantage of expert knowledge and shop for wines to enjoy on site or take away, relax at the wine bar overlooking passing Trimet MAX lines, and taste local and global wines alongside a light bites menu. A Pacific Northwest and global mix with 135 wine selections, its wine preservation system uses argon to safely preserves wines, allowing tastes of two-, four-, and six-ounce pours of nearly all the available wine, or try varietal-specific wine flights.
