Upscale Boutique Hotel in Portland, Oregon to Open in May

Portland, OR – Hotel Eastlund, the highly anticipated boutique hotel with sweeping views of the city, is now accepting reservations. Hotel Eastlund is the first contemporary, luxury boutique hotel located in downtown Portland’s Eastside neighborhood. Opening rates begin at $189. The hotel is scheduled to open this June.

Hotel Eastlund, with its mid-century inspired design, will feature 168 rooms and suites, a ballroom with floor-to-ceiling windows, two executive boardrooms and two private dining rooms overlooking downtown. In addition, it will boast world-class dining on its rooftop restaurant and bar, Altabira City Tavern, by celebrated chef David Machado. Another Machado spot, Citizen Baker, will be both a casual daytime café and evening wine bar. Guest rooms and suites have either California Kings or the first-ever California Queens, as well as commissioned artwork by Loui Jover and Badri Valian.

Hotel Eastlund is adjacent to the Oregon Convention Center, Moda Center, Veterans Memorial Coliseum and the Central Eastside’s culinary hub with its artisan distilleries, restaurants and breweries. The hotel offers easy access to the Portland streetcar and MAX Light Rail.
