Rooftop Fourth of July Event

Posted on:

Hotel Eastlund has one of Portland’s best rooftop bars with an acclaimed restaurant created by Chef David Machado. Altabira City Tavern is a foodie haven with panoramic views of Portland and a seasonal American menu paired with local craft beer, wine and spirits. On Fourth of July, chef de cuisine Luis Esorcia will prepare a four-course barbecue dinner for Altabira’s First Annual Fireworks & BBQ Celebration.

The event not only features a mouthwatering menu (see below), but dinner guests will have full access to Hotel Eastlund’s sixth floor patio overlooking downtown Portland’s annual fireworks celebration. Bar manager Becca June will make a festive, patriotic cocktail for the occasion topped off with an explosion of Pop Rocks.

Reservations for Altabira City Tavern’s Fourth of July Fireworks & BBQ Dinner are $65 per person, not including gratuity and beverages. Wine and beer pairings will be available for an additional fee. A deposit of $25 per person is required when making reservations. Children are welcome.

Call Altabira at (503) 963-3600 for reservations and celebrate Fourth of July 2016 with American barbecue and a stunning view of the fireworks display.
