Cosmopolitan Grand Ballroom

Approximately 3,600 square feet of flexible ballroom space featuring floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping views of downtown Portland. The ballroom can be partitioned into smaller salons for intimate seating. A projector and 12′ projection screen are housed in the ceiling for large presentations.

Conference Boardrooms

We offer two state-of-the-art conference boardrooms featuring floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping views of downtown Portland. The larger Sterling Room is approximately 400 square feet with a permanent Hermann Miller oval conference table that seats up to 20 people. The Golding Room is more than 200 square feet with a permanent Hermann Miller oval conference table that seats up to 8 people. Both boardrooms feature a 70″ flat screen TV mounted on the wall and Creston presentation controls inside the conference table.

Private Dining Space

Our private dining space is separated by a flexible wall that creates the Perle Room and Galena Room. Each room offers more than 230 square feet of private dining space featuring a permanent table that seats up to 10 people. The flexible wall can also be pulled back to create a larger space that seats up to 20 people at two tables. Exclusive catering services are provided by Altabira City Tavern.

Pullman Wine Cave

Framed by a double-vaulted, stone-clad ceiling and dramatic lighting, The Wine Cave at Pullman Wine Bar & Merchant will transform your next meeting or event. Located on the street level of our boutique hotel, this private dining room features a 24-seat, stunning dark wood harvest table and exclusive catering services provided by Altabira City Tavern and Citizen Baker. Decorated with stunning chandeliers and flamenco-themed paintings inspired by the art of John Singer Sargent, the Cave offers more than 420 square feet of private event space.

Lobby Meeting Room

The Saaz Room is located in our modern lobby, steps from our 24-hour business center. The professional, yet casual space includes exterior windows for ample natural light, a mounted 50” flat screen TV, and Creston presentation controls within a conference table that seats up to 6 people. Lightning-fast internet is available throughout Hotel Eastlund, including our lobby and meeting space.
