A Very Portland Christmas
November 20 - December 31
Explore Pittock Mansion decorated for the holidays! Enjoy the wonders of the season at Pittock Mansion’s annual holiday display, a Portland tradition for over 50 years.
This year, experience the iconic places, people, and events of Portland—like Powell’s Books, Packy the elephant, and Peacock Lane—as they are incorporated into the decorative stylings of volunteers and professional designers who transform the Mansion into a holiday wonderland. Local musicians will play holiday music regularly in the Mansion’s Music Room during the exhibit. Free holiday shuttle from TriMet Bus Stop available Dec. 16 – 31.
Built in 1914 for one of Oregon’s influential families, Pittock Mansion is filled with rich history and remarkable stories.
Henry Pittock, owner of The Oregonian newspaper, and his wife Georgiana, built Pittock Mansion in 1914. The City of Portland now owns the estate, and Portland Parks & Recreation and the non-profit Pittock Mansion Society work in collaboration to operate and maintain the museum and surrounding park.
