We’re thrilled to have Altabira City Tavern, our gorgeous rooftop restaurant, participating in Portland Dining Month this March. Altabira is an American beer-centric restaurant and bar showcasing Portland chef/restaurateur, David Machado’s modern updates on classic dishes. Roasted beets with citrus, drunken goat cheese and spiced walnuts in a white balsamic vinaigrette
New England clam chowder with oyster crackers
Second course (choose one):
Herb roasted half chicken with marble potatoes, rainbow chard and pancetta gremolata in a chicken au jus
Acorn squash stuffed with farrotto, kale, porcini mushroom, hazelnuts and goat cheese
